The China-Thailand Modernized Vocational Education Cooperation "210 Project" (hereinafter referred to as the "China-Thailand 210 Project") is a systematic initiative between China and Thailand to jointly build a world-class modern vocational education system in the 21st century using advanced technology and educational methods. Through the modern CCTE Sino-foreign dual-degree cooperative education model, the project introduces 210 majors from China that align with the policies and industrial needs of China and Thailand into the Thai vocational and technical education system. This initiative aims to promote collaboration between China and Thailand in discipline construction, faculty development, dual-degree international student education, short-term exchanges, college-enterprise cooperation, and more. Guided by the spirit of human innovation, the program seeks to strengthen vocational and technical education cooperation between China and Thailand, jointly constructing a world-class modern vocational education system in the 21st century through mutual learning and reference. The goal is to meet Thailand's demand for localized skilled talents in the new global economic landscape and drive industrial upgrading and economic development in Thailand.

The scope of cooperation for this signed project includes the construction of digital course standards, the development of digital course content, and the establishment of teacher training bases. It covers three levels of education: vocational education undergraduate, higher vocational, and secondary vocational education.
