Tang and UTAR (Tunku Abdul Rahman University)
signed MOU to achieve strategic cooperation

June 8, 2017, Tang’s President Ms. Fay Liu visited the UTAR (Tunku Abdul Rahman University) and the President of the UTAR, Ir. Professor Academician Dato' Dr. Chuah Hean Teik for helping in promoting Chinese and international education informatization with joint effort. They signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU), indicating that both sides would work together to develop Malaysian International education with respective strengths in the field.



UTAR was founded in 2002, ranking second in all Malaysian universities and first in Malaysian private universities according to “Higher Education Rankings of the Times Good University Guide 2017”. Being excellent in raising the standard of academic education, emphasizing knowledge conveying, training professionals, and encouraging personal development are always the missions of UTAR for talents’ education and national construction.


Tang,as the leading international "Internet +" products and service providers in the field of international education, has been committed to combining the Internet with traditional education for many years. His subsidiary, Malaysian office, is endeavoring to promote the development of Malaysia "Internet +" Chinese Education as well as educational communication and cooperation between China and Malaysia.



This time, UTAR and Tang signed MOU to reach a consensus on a wide range of educational cooperation for a common high level of aspiration. Both sides will continue to cooperate in various fields and collaborate to explore innovations with respective advantages, jointly building new international educational resources adapted to the coming Internet era and Malaysia's localized information resources to achieve the goal of resource co-construction and sharing. In addition, UTAR and Tang will keep promoting Malaysian Chinese education’s development through various ways and channels so as to boost the educational exchange and cooperation between Malaysia and China along with the economic development in Malaysia.
