On May 21, 2022, a special day of 71st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, Hebei Professional College of Politics Science and Law, Government Polytechnic Institute Dadu, Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (Government of Sindh) and Tang International Education Group successfully held the “Signing Ceremony of Four Parties Collaboration Agreement of CCTE Model Sino-Pak Dual Diploma Joint Education Program and Unveiling Ceremony Sino-Pak International College” online event. The first CCTE model "Sino-Pak International College" in Sindh, Pakistan was officially established.

Li Fengqi, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hebei Professional College of Politics Science and Law, Feng Jun, Dean of the Hebei Professional College of Politics Science and Law, Mustafa Suhag, Executive Director of Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority, and leaders of various departments and the Dean of other five subordinate technical colleges that plan to carry out CCTE projects, Pershotm Rai, Dean of the Government Polytechnic Institute Dadu, Li Jinsong, President of Tang International Education Group and other leading guests attended the signing and unveiling ceremony.

Feng Jun, Dean of the Hebei Professional College of Politics Science and Law, said that on the special day of 71st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, the four parties formally established educational collaboration. Reached consensus on specific matters such as the teaching standards and course content of cooperative majors involved in the CCTE model Sino-Pak dual diploma joint education program. This further deepens the implementation of the top-level design and grand blueprint of the “Belt and Road” education international collaboration and exchange between the country and Hebei Province. Dean Feng also sincerely hoped that all parties would work together to create a good environment for the healthy development of "Sino-Pak International College", give full play to the basic and leading role of "Belt and Road" education. Cultivate modern international computer information technology talents for China and Pakistan, and make positive contributions to serving China's "Belt and Road" initiative.

Pershotm Rai, Dean of the Government Polytechnic Institute Dadu, expressed his gratitude to Hebei Professional College of Politics Science and Law and Tang International Education Group for their favor to the school. He also introduced the teachers from the Government Polytechnic Institute Dadu to all parties. He believes that although Government Polytechnic Institute Dadu has established a relatively complete infrastructure, there is still a big gap with China's vocational education system. He sincerely hopes that in the future, with the help of Hebei Professional College of Politics Science and Law and Tang International Education Group, through "Sino-Pak International College", learns the experience of Chinese vocational education and provides better vocational and technical education for local students.

He said that Sino-Pak friendship has a solid foundation. On the special day of 71st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, the establishment of educational collaboration between the four parties is of unique and important significance. He pointed out that the Sindh provincial government has always attached great importance to and supported the construction of the Sino-Pak Economic Corridor. Under the framework of the Sino-Pak Economic Corridor, there are many major industrial engineering projects in Sindh, and the level of vocational education is far from enough, resulting in a serious shortage of technical and skilled talents. The Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority urgently needs to carry out vocational education collaboration with Chinese institutions. He looks forward to launching more CCTE model dual diploma joint education program in Sindh in the future to solve the employment problem of local youth and meet the talent needs of Chinese-funded enterprises in Sindh. The director of Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority also expressed special thanks to Tang International Education Group for its work and efforts in supporting and promoting the development of vocational education in Sindh.

President Li Jinsong expressed his gratitude to all parties for their support for the CCTE program, and pointed out that the CCTE model Sino-Pak dual diploma program collaboration between Hebei Professional College of Politics Science and Law and Government Polytechnic Institute Dadu in the major of computer information technology will become a model of Chinese vocational education system in Pakistan and obtaining a good example of localized application. It can also promote the international development of both parties, and will surely cultivate a group of outstanding Pakistani local IT technology and technical talents, promote the development of the IT industry in Sindh, and further promote the people-to-people bonds between China and Pakistan.

The CCTE model "Sino-Pak International College" of Hebei Professional College of Politics Science and Law is the first CCTE model international college promoted by Tang International Education Group in Sindh, Pakistan. It also is the first overseas branch established by a Chinese vocational college in Pakistan. On the special day of 71st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, it opened the door for the localized application of Chinese vocational education system in Sindh, served the "going out" of Chinese vocational education standards.
