Under the guidance of President of the People's Republic of China, President Xi Jinping's vision of building a community with a shared future for humanity, and in response to the country's initiative to actively open up high-level education to the world, vigorously advance the national education digitalization strategic action, and promote internationalized education to better serve the ‘Belt and Road Initiative’, Tang International Education Group, in collaboration with the Embassy of Pakistan in China, successfully hosted the "International Industry – Education Cooperation Forum in the Context of Education Digitalization" as a significant component of the 2023 China Annual Conference & Expo for International Education on October 27, 2023, at the China National Convention Center (CNCC).

His Excellency Moin ul Haque, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in China, delivered a speech acknowledging the profound friendship and strategic cooperation between China and Pakistan, especially in the context of the ‘Belt and Road Initiative’ and the tenth anniversary of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. He recognized the significant importance of Tang International Education Group's "China-Pakistan Vocational and Technical Education Cooperation 210 Project" in promoting economic exchanges and industrial development between China and Pakistan. He expressed confidence that the comprehensive implementation of the 210 Project would not only contribute to the growing partnership in economic and industrial sectors between the two countries but also serve the high-quality development of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

Ms. Fu Bo, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Education Association for International Exchange, attended the conference and delivered a speech. She highlighted the importance of international industry-education cooperation in the context of digital education, emphasizing its role in promoting the sharing and exchange of educational resources. She stressed the significance of coordinating education with industry to build a mutually beneficial development pattern, aligning with the development of a complementary integration of industry and education.

President Li Jinsong of Tang International Education Group, based on the great concept and experience of Chinese modernization led by President Xi, proposed the establishment of three emerging disciplinary and industrial clusters globally. President Li expressed Tang International's commitment to sharing the essence of Chinese civilization accumulated over five thousand years through digitized and deeply localized Chinese education. Additionally, through the "China-Foreign Vocational and Technical Education Cooperation 210 Project," Tang International aims to share China's experience in reform and opening up and modernization development with the world. The construction of disciplinary clusters combined with industry clusters will serve the localization of talent development along the Belt and Road, promoting investment and development of emerging industries based on natural civilization and green development.

Multiple outstanding Chinese university leaders shared their experiences and achievements around the theme of education serving the ‘Belt and Road Initiative’. Mr. Wang Qi, Secretary of the Party Committee of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, introduced the achievements of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine in responding to national policies and participating in the construction of the ‘Belt and Road’ and the global health community. Tang International is contributing to the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine by providing digitized international education solutions.

Foreign dignitaries who attended and spoke at the conference included Deputy Secretary-General, Mr. Somporn Pandam of the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (OVEC) of Thailand; Mr. Shakid Bin Ahmad Shakir, Director-General of the Manpower Department, Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia; Mr. Esmaeil Mehryar, Science Counselor of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in China.

To recognize the outstanding contributions of Chinese institutions and Tang International to promoting Sino-Pakistani education cooperation, the Embassy of Pakistan in China presented the "Outstanding Contribution Award for Sino-Pakistani Education International Cooperation" to 32 Chinese institutions and the "Special Contribution Award for Sino-Pakistani Education International Cooperation" to Tang International Education Group. The awards aim to inspire Tang International to continue promoting high-quality construction of the CCTE model Sino-Pakistani cooperative education projects and the "China-Pakistan Vocational and Technical Education Cooperation 210 Project," actively advocating green development concepts, leading international education exchanges and cooperation between China and Pakistan with world-leading digital education technology, and serving the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and the ‘Belt and Road Initiative’, contributing to the creation of a closer China-Pakistan community with a shared future in the new era.

During the event, multiple Sino-Pakistani CCTE model dual-degree cooperative education projects were successfully signed among 500 participants from government agencies, domestic and foreign companies, research institutions, and educational institutions in China, Pakistan, Thailand, Russia, Malaysia, Iran, the United Kingdom, and other countries.
