学校简介:

青海交通职业技术学院始建于1976年12月,隶属省交通运输厅,业务受省教育厅指导,2002年4月升格为高等职业院校。学校是西北地区唯一一所交通运输类国家骨干高职院校,先后建成国家优质专科高等职业院校、第七届黄炎培职业教育优秀学校、国家现代学徒制第三批试点立项建设单位、第八批国家级专业技术人员继续教育基地、省“双高计划”建设学校、省职业教育综合能力提升示范院校。3次荣获全国高职院校服务贡献50强,2次荣获全国职业教育先进集体等荣誉称号。目前,全日制在校生7095人(高职学生6700人,中职学生395人)。

专业设置:紧紧围绕我省产业转型升级,建立专业动态调整机制,形成以交通运输、装备制造、电子信息、旅游等7大类为主特色鲜明、优势互补的26个专业。立足打造生态文明高地和产业“四地”建设,2022年新增生态环境保护、智能控制等4个专业,改造智能焊接技术等12个传统优势专业,稳步优化专业布局。建成3个国家级骨干专业、3个国家级技能人才培训基地、2个国家级实训基地、1个国家职业教育虚拟仿真示范实训基地,9个省级示范专业、6个省级实训基地、1个交通运输类示范专业点。

师资队伍:现有教职工448人(在编教师373人,聘用教师75人),其中专任教师305人(在编教师274人,聘用教师31人),专任教师中正高级职称27人,副高级职称74人,副高级以上职称占专任教师33%,具有研究生及以上学位的教师115人,占专任教师37%,“双师型”教师232人,占专任教师54%,近5年教师(教师团队)获得全国优秀教师等国家级人才奖励及荣誉6项,获第二批国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队立项建设单位。

人才培养:坚持立德树人根本任务,深化教育教学改革,创新“岗课赛证”融通育人模式。校企共同制定专业人才培养方案,重构基于工作过程系统化课程体系,全面推进“三教”改革,五育并举共育技术技能人才。每年招生计划完成率99%以上,每年应届毕业生就业去向落实率达90%以上。近年获青海省教学成果一等奖2项,学生获国家级技能大赛奖项50余项、省部级奖项60余项。

科研与社会服务:学院坚持“以研促教、以教促学”的方针,大力推动科研强校战略,提升广大教师科研能力,学校科研实力逐步增强,科研工作进入了一个快速发展的新阶段。近五年,立项各级各类教科研项目83项,其中国家级2项、省部级26项、市厅级8项、各类学会课题项47项、横向课题2项。科研项目立项数较前5年增长了5倍,国家级实现零的突破,省部级增长13倍。近五年,教科研成果获奖17项,其中省部级5项,省级科技进步奖实现零的突破;授权专利130件,其中发明专利12件、实用新型专利105件、外观专利13件,软件著作权登记37件,发明专利实现零的突破。科研项目立项数、教科研成果获奖数、专利授权数均居全省高职院校首位。学校依托专业优势创办育才公路勘察设计有限公司以来,10个校办产业积极发挥“校企合作、机制探索、学生实训、双师培养、社会服务、自我造血”的六大功能。服务到款额及培训收入年均5536万元,非学历培训年均人数13000人次。

Qinghai Communications Technical College was founded in December 1976, and it is subordinate to the Provincial Department of Transportation. Its business was guided by the Provincial Department of Education. It was upgraded to a higher vocational college in April 2002. The school is the only national backbone vocational college of transportation in northwest China. It has successively built a national high-quality vocational college, the 7th Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Excellent School, the third batch of pilot construction units of the national modern apprenticeship system, the eighth batch of national professional and technical personnel continuing education base, the provincial "double-high plan" construction school, and the provincial vocational education comprehensive ability improvement demonstration college. It has won the National Top 50 Service Contribution of Higher Vocational Colleges for three times and the National Advanced Collective of Vocational Education for two times. At present, there are 7095 full-time students (6700 higher vocational students and 395 secondary vocational students).

Major setting: closely centering on the industrial transformation and upgrading of our province, we establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism for the major, and form 26 majors with distinctive characteristics and complementary advantages, mainly focusing on seven categories of transportation, equipment manufacturing, electronic information, tourism, etc. Based on the construction of ecological civilization highland and industrial "four places", in 2022, four new specialties will be added, including ecological environment protection and intelligent control, and 12 traditional advantageous specialties, including intelligent welding technology, will be transformed to steadily optimize the professional layout. Three national backbone majors, three national training bases for skilled personnel, two national training bases, one national virtual simulation demonstration training base for vocational education, nine provincial demonstration majors, six provincial training bases, and one transportation demonstration specialty were built.

Teaching staff: There are 448 teaching staff (373 teachers on the staff, 75 teachers employed), including 305 full-time teachers (274 teachers on the staff, 31 teachers employed), 27 full-time teachers with senior professional titles, 74 with deputy senior professional titles, 33% of full-time teachers with deputy senior professional titles or above, 115 teachers with graduate degrees or above, 37% of full-time teachers, 232 "double qualified" teachers, 54% of full-time teachers, In recent 5 years, teachers (teacher teams) have won 6 national awards and honors for outstanding teachers and other national talents, and the second batch of national vocational education teachers' teaching innovation team project construction units.

Talent cultivation: adhere to the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, deepen the reform of education and teaching, and innovate the "post course competition certificate" integration education mode. Schools and enterprises jointly formulate professional talent training programs, restructure the systematic curriculum system based on the working process, comprehensively promote the reform of "three education", and jointly cultivate technical and skilled talents through "five education". The annual enrollment plan completion rate is more than 99%, and the annual employment destination implementation rate of fresh graduates is more than 90%. In recent years, it has won 2 first prizes for teaching achievements in Qinghai Province, and students have won more than 50 national skill competitions and more than 60 provincial and ministerial awards.

Scientific research and social services: The college adheres to the policy of "promoting teaching through research and promoting learning through teaching", vigorously promotes the strategy of strengthening the school through scientific research, and improves the scientific research ability of teachers. The scientific research strength of the school has gradually increased, and the scientific research work has entered a new stage of rapid development. In the past five years, 83 educational and scientific research projects at all levels have been established, including 2 national level, 26 provincial and ministerial level, 8 municipal level, 47 academic projects and 2 horizontal projects. The number of scientific research projects approved has increased by five times compared with the previous five years, achieving a breakthrough of zero at the national level and 13 times at the provincial and ministerial level. In the past five years, 17 teaching and scientific research achievements have been awarded, including 5 provincial and ministerial awards. The provincial science and technology progress award has achieved a breakthrough of zero; 130 patents were granted, including 12 invention patents, 105 utility model patents, 13 appearance patents, 37 software copyright registrations, and a breakthrough of zero invention patents was achieved. The number of scientific research projects, awards of teaching and scientific research achievements, and patent authorizations all rank first in the province's higher vocational colleges. Since the school founded Yucai Highway Survey and Design Co., Ltd. relying on its professional advantages, the 10 school run industries have actively played the six functions of "school enterprise cooperation, mechanism exploration, student training, dual teacher training, social service and self hemopoiesis". The service amount and training income are 55.36 million yuan annually, and the average number of non academic training is 13000 person times.

Integration of production and education and school enterprise cooperation: In 2011, the school took the lead in establishing Qinghai Transportation Vocational Education Group. At present, there are 171 member units, forming the construction mode of "government led, four coordinated, six in one", implementing "two projects and one standard", opening up the two-way circulation channel of school and enterprise teachers, and providing an example for the construction of vocational education groups in underdeveloped regions in the west.
