On September 19th, 2017 (Tuesday), Tang’s Malaysia office visited Keat Hwa High School, Alor Setar, Kedah. Ms. Si Yao, the I.T staff started to install the smart education system at the computer lab of school. The computer lab’s administrator Mr. Zheng offered help to Ms. Si Yao during the installation. He also provided IP internet connection and other important information for reference. The smart system was eventually able to be operated smoothly after 2 hours’ testing.

On September 20th, 2017 (Wednesday), Lisa conducted a training session for system operation toward mandarin teachers in the morning. Most of the attended Mandarin teachers are in the midst 20’s teaching secondary level 1 and 2 of the language. Thus, they are more open-minded and willing to accept the most advanced teaching method by means of multimedia. During the training, all the teachers felt not hard to learn and use the functions of smart system and the training session did not last for too long. At about 3pm before leaving, all the teachers added we-chat friends with each other and made a group chat with Lisa involved in order to resolve any questions raised among teachers in the future. Besides, Tang’s service team would continue to offer help after this training session whenever in need.
