From November 29th to 30th, 2020, the 3rd "Internet +International Education” Application Conference jointly organized by Peking University School of Chinese as a Foreign Language and Tang International Education Group was successfully held at Peking University, from nearly 79 colleges and universities across the country which more than 160 guests attended the conference, and more than 2,000 people through "Tang Wisdom Teaching" watched the live broadcast conference . With the theme of "International Education Driven by Online Teaching", the conference conducted extensive exchanges on the development of "Internet +" empowered international education, and further promoted the in-depth integration of industry, education and research.
At the opening ceremony, Professor Zhao Yang, Dean of Peking University School of Chinese as a Foreign Language , and Li Jinsong, President of Tang International Education Group were delivered speeches respectively. Professor Zhao Yang highlighted the special significance of online teaching and affirmed the progress and development in recent years of Tang and other companies in mobile Internet and Chinese teaching technology. President Li Jinsong introduced the origin of the conference and the results achieved in previous conferences, and he hoped that the conference’s experts would share their experiences and exchange results in academic, technical, and market aspects, and jointly promote the development of China's international education.
In the group discussion session on the afternoon of the 29th, participants discussed "International Chinese Resource Construction and Application Mechanism", "China teacher Education and Development", "Artificial Intelligence + International Education and Information Product Application Exchange", and "In the New Era of International Education Overseas Cooperation" which are the four topics for sub-forum reports and exchanges.
The organizing committee of the conference received more than 200 paper submissions from industry experts, first-line Chinese teachers, overseas Chinese teachers, and doctoral and master's degree students in China, and selected 40 excellent abstracts. These abstracts’ authors are invited to report and exchange at this sub-forums.
Ms. He Min a teacher from Shanghai International Studies University, College of International Culture Exchange and Liu Jinxuan, a postgraduate student at the School of Literature, Capital Normal University, both of them have conducted in-depth exploration and research on the Tang information-based teaching platform, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of cloud platform from the perspective of users , and they give some reasonable suggestions to further promote the long-term development of the cloud platform.
Based on the massive exercises and online evaluation function provided by the cloud platform, teacher He Min has made a new teaching design for the course and applied it to the course practice, emphasizing the convenience that the cloud platform brings to teachers' teaching. Liu Jinxuan makes an in-depth analysis of the platform based on resource content, platform function and teaching application, and plans to apply the results of this research to his graduation thesis.
Chen Liang, a teacher of Shijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institute conducted a research on the structural relationship of the construction model of Tang CCTE modern on overseas campus, and he analyzed the structural relationship of the five elements in the Tang CCTE model under the background of the "Internet +" empowering international education era, and then confirmed the scientific nature of Tang CCTE model and provides reasonable suggestions from the sustainable development perspective.

Professor Lu Qinyi, Associate Dean of the School of International Exchange, Shanghai International Studies University, Professor Pei Yulai, Associate Dean of the School of International Education, Shanghai University, Professor Zhu Changsheng, Dean of the School of International Education, Lanzhou University of Technology, and Associate Professor Gao Shujun, Associate Dean of the School of International Education, Northwest University, they have summarized and commented on the previous day’s report and discussion.
Professor Zhu Changsheng clearly pointed out that the application of "Internet +" international education requires teamwork to achieve the goal of individualized, multi-level, linguistics and nationalization of online education.
Zhang Jianjun, President of Tangshan Industry Vocational Technology College, he emphasized in his report entitled "The Background of Internet+ On the Internationalization of Vocational Education Thinking and Exploration, " that is necessary to realize the localization of talents, and relying on Tang CCTE's overseas model to cooperation among schools, governments and enterprises, constantly export Chinese standards, improve the influence and power of Chinese vocational education, and promote the internationalization of vocational education.
Zheng Yanqun, Professor of Research Institute of International Chinese Language Education, Beijing Language and Culture University who took "Building an Internet Chinese Learning Space" as the topic, he combined with teaching and research as examples, to discuss the mutual learning and integration of online and offline, inside and outside the classroom, the role of real and virtual. Also, thinking about the professional specialization and collaborative service of Chinese teachers.
Professor Wu Heping, Dean of the International Cultural Exchange School, Northwest Normal University, he introduced the design and development of the Chinese online character course and the ways and methods of telling Chinese character stories.
At the end of the conference, Professor Zhao Yang and President Li Jinsong summarized the conference and expressed their gratitude to the guests. In 2020, is the China's education opening to the world which has entered a period of rapid development. Also a year of human education from informationization to intelligence, and a key year for China's international education to integrate into the world deeply.

This conference opened a new chapter of multidisciplinary integration, integration of production and education, and integration of international and domestic markets.
