Tang joined hands with the Youth Foundation to reach a strategic cooperation with the Bureau of Vocational Education of Punjab Province of Pakistan

On July 15, 2021, which is coincides with The World Youth Skills Day, Tang International Education Group, joined hand with the Youth Foundation and the Bureau of Vocational Education of Punjab Province of Pakistan, were formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement through a combination of online and offline methods. This will take the lead in launching of the Tang’s CCTE model modernization of China-Pakistan dual-diploma vocational education cooperation project in Punjab Province. It’s a new chapter in modern vocational education cooperation between China and Pakistan.

Mr. Mian Aslam Iqbal, Minister of Industry, Commerce, Investment and Skills Development of Punjab Province, and Mr. Ali Salman Siddique, Chairman of Punjab Vocational Education Bureau attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. Nearly 200 guests from the field of vocational education, media and related circles in Pakistan attended the event both online and offline. At the same time, Mr. Awais Ahmed Khan, Counsellor of the Pakistani Embassy in China, he visited Tang’s Beijing headquarters to witness of this tripartite signing event.

In recent years, Tang has been actively promoting educational cooperation between China and Pakistan, and hopes to rely on the successful experience of international educational cooperation and information product resources accumulated by Tang over the past 15 years, to bring China’s advanced vocational education system, educational technology and advantageous courses to Pakistan. Tang will strengthen the training of localized vocational talents in Pakistan through modernization and informatization teaching technology, and boosting Pakistan's social and economic development and the construction of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.


With the coordination of the Pakistan Embassy team in China and the joint efforts of Tang and the Youth Foundation, Tang’s team has recently conducted detailed presentations with key Pakistan government agencies at a "China speed". The joint talent training program for modern China-Pakistan dual-diploma vocational education in CCTE model has been highly recognized and supported by all relevant government agencies. It is worth mentioning that General Asim Saleem Bajwa, Chairman of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Affairs Bureau, he clearly stated that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Affairs Bureau will provide a green channel to rapid implementation the project of China-Pakistan modern dual-diploma vocational education in Punjab.


The Punjab Vocational Education Bureau has always played a leading role in the field of vocational education in Pakistan, and its development vision is highly consistent with Tang. After full and comprehensive communication, all parties unanimously decided to take the lead in launching the CCTE model of China-Pakistan modern dual-diploma vocational education cooperation demonstration project in Punjab province.

Mr. Ali Salman Siddique, Chairman of Punjab Vocational Education Bureau of Punjab Province, said in his speech that Mr. Imran Khan, Prime Minister of Pakistan, is very concerned about the development of vocational education in Pakistan and hopes to learn from China's experience and help to solve people's livelihood problems such as youth employment and poverty alleviation in Pakistan by developing vocational education. "The Punjab Vocational Education Bureau has been actively seeking cooperation to strengthen the training of demand-oriented high-quality vocational and technical personnel in the fields of agriculture, engineering and information technology." He expressed his gratitude and welcome to Tang's vocational education in Pakistan.

"The connotation of the CCTE model of Tang's plan fits perfectly with the development direction and vision of the vocational education industry in Punjab and even the whole Pakistan. The China-Pakistan modern dual-diploma vocational and technical education joint training program is a direct attack on the current vocational education system in Pakistan.
