On May 31, 2021，when presiding over the 30th collective study of the 19th Central Political Committee, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that telling China stories well, spreading China voices well, and presenting a true, three-dimensional and comprehensive China are an important tasks to strengthen China's international communication capacity building.

In order to deeply implement General Secretary Xi's idea of strengthening the building of China's international communication capacity. Tianjin University School of International Education, Northwest Normal University International Cultural Exchange Institute, Northwest Normal University Central Asia Research Institute, Dunhuang College of Northwest Normal University, College of International Education Shanghai University, and Beijing Tang Chinese Education Technology Co., Ltd. will jointly hold the 4th "Internet +" International Education Application Conference in Dunhuang from September 18 to 20, 2021 (registration on the 18th), with the theme of "International Education promotes Mutual Learning among World Civilizations". The conference intends to invite colleagues in the international education community to conduct extensive exchanges on the post-epidemic era, and the modernization of international education to empower Chinese cultural dissemination.

Thesis Abstract requirements

1．Thesis Abstract Review

In order to improve academic quality, this conference will set up a thesis review system. Scholars who are interested in the conference are kindly requested to submit abstracts according to the time specified by the conference. The conference affairs team will organize experts to review anonymously. Formal invitations will be issued before August 30 once the abstracts of thesis are accepted.

2．Abstract Requirements and Submission Methods

Scholars who are interested to participate for this conference, please send the abstract of the thesis as a WORD file to the mailbox: thesis@tangce.net before August 30, 2021. Please use No. 3 bold Song style for the title, and use small No. 4 Song style for the body. The author’s name is No. 5 Song style, and place it in the center below the title. The abstract of the thesis should be within 400 words. At the end of the article, please indicate the author’s unit, detailed mailing address, zip code, telephone number, and e-mail address.

Participation fee

The conference will charge RMB 1,000 per person, including meals during the conference, and the fee for master's and doctoral students is charge halved. The round-trip travel expenses, accommodation expenses and transportation expenses shall be paid by themselves. (Please pay attention to the notice No. 2 of the conference fee collection method. In addition, due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, this conference needs to control the number of participants. We will send the formal conference invitations to scholars who have passed the abstract review by email. The scholars are subject to receiving the invitation to the conference.)
