He pointed out that the joint training program for international students in jewelry technology and management with Royal Goldsmiths' College of Kanchanaburi in Thailand had won unanimous praise, and now the joint establishment of the overseas branch of the College of Jewelry will certainly open up a new situation for international exchange and cooperation in vocational education between the two sides.

In his speech, President Li Jinsong thanked the Vocational Education Commission of Thailand, Master Songdetongchai and especially the director of Bangkok Vocational Education Center, Mr. Chonpnu for their great support. In May 2019, under the great coordination and promotion of Tang Internationsal Education, Guangzhou Panyu Vocational Technology College signed a framework agreement on international cooperation in vocational education with Bangkok Vocational Education Center and Royal Goldsmiths College of Gandharna Pisai in Thailand, and the four parties determined to carry out Sino-Thai cooperation in vocational education in areas such as construction of overseas branches, joint training of international students with academic qualifications and overseas vocational skills training.

In June of the same year, Guangzhou Panyu Vocational Technology College conducted the first training course on "Jewelry Vocational Skills". During the training, the professional teachers of both sides discussed the training program of the joint training program and reached a consensus on mutual recognition of credits, curriculum construction and resource sharing.

In September of the same year, the first batch of international students with Thai qualifications came to Guangzhou to study Jewelry Technology and Management. In more than two years of full-time study, these international students have gradually become fluent in Chinese language, understand Chinese culture and adapt to the quality requirements of jewelry industry jobs, and will graduate in June 2022.

The Sino-Thai cooperation between Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic and Royal Goldsmiths College of Thailand has been fruitful and well received, and has become a model of cooperation in the CCTE model.
