In the afternoon of December 17, 2021, Guangxi International Business Vocational College (GIBVC) and Thailand Chachoengsao Vocational College held a ceremony to inaugurate the "Guihai Business School" and the opening of overseas branch in Thailand via cloud platform.

Mr. Wang Guohong, President of Guangxi International Business Vocational College, Mr. Cyril Jambanglong, Director of the Central Three Regions Vocational Education Center of the Vocational Education Commission of the Ministry of Education of Thailand, Mr. Supon Thongleng, President of Chachoengsao Vocational College, Thailand, Mr. Li Jinsong, President of Tang International Education Group, and Ms. Li He, Deputy Director of Tang International Education Group, jointly attended the ceremony.

Mr. Wang Guohong, President of Guangxi International Business Vocational College, pointed out in the ceremony that "Guihai Business School" is a major achievement of their college to actively integrate and serve the national "Belt and Road" initiative and implement the national policy of encouraging higher education institutions and vocational colleges to cooperate with enterprises to go abroad and social forces to participate in overseas education. At the same time, Mr. Wang Guohong expects that through the cooperation with Chachoengsao Vocational College, Thailand, can expand the scale of Thai students studying in China, broaden the channels of internship and employment for students from both China and Thailand, build a good "Chinese+Skills Training Center", spread the voice of China, and expand the influence of Chinese vocational education. He hope that through the participation of government agencies, colleges and enterprises of both sides, can explore a new model of international vocational education industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, and jointly promote the development of vocational education in China and Thailand.

Mr. Supon Thongleng, the president of Chachoengsao Vocational College under the Vocational Education Committee of the Ministry of Education of Thailand, introduced Chachoengsao Vocational College as a Royal Award College of Thailand with secondary, and undergraduate levels with 2500 students. The college offers majors in business, business administration, fine arts, information technology and tourism management, and is dedicated to train high-tech technical personnel.

Chachoengsao Vocational College signed a four-parties cooperation agreement with Guangxi International Business Vocational College. This cooperation has created opportunities for both sides to develop talents, enhance the curriculum and improve the overall level of education technology, which has benefited teachers and students from both China and Thailand.

Mr. Supon Thongleng also expressed that he will continue to cooperate and work hand in hand with Chinese to jointly cultivate professionals with strong quality, ability and quality to meet the national development and labor market demand.

Mr. Li Jinsong, President of Tang International Education Group, also said in the ceremony that China and Thailand are good neighbors, good partners, good friends and good relatives, and the exchange between the two countries has a long history, and the concept of "China and Thailand are one family" is deeply rooted in people's hearts!

In his speech, Mr. Li Jinsong mentioned that since the outbreak of COVID-19, international education exchange and cooperation has faced historic challenges, but it is gratifying to see that the Department of Education of Guangxi Autonomous Region and the Central Region III Center of the Vocational Education Commission of the Ministry of Education of Thailand, as the competent authorities of both China and Thailand, have never changed their firm determination in international cooperation. Tang will continue to provide modernized international education solutions in CCTE mode for the two colleges, carry out various forms of international cooperation and establish an international curriculum development and promotion system, and believe that the "Guihai Business School" will bear fruit to the satisfaction of the people of China and Thailand!
