Zhang Jianjun, President of Tangshan Industrial Vocational Technology College, said that in 2019, his college cooperated with the Vocational Education Center of Central Region III of the Vocational Education Commission of the Ministry of Education of Thailand, Nakhon Nayok Institute of Technology and Tang International Education Group to establish the "International High Speed Railway College" in Thailand, recruiting Thai students and cultivating high-quality technical skills that Thailand needs urgently. The college have establish the "International High Speed Rail Academy" in Thailand to recruit Thai students and cultivate high quality technical skills needed by Thailand.

In 2021, the college signed a cooperation agreement with Malaysian Institute of Technology Kaoyuan, and establishsecond overseas branch - China-Malaysia International College.

In 2022, thanks to Tang’s help, their college successfully signed an agreement with Nonthaburi Technology College in Thailand, which is the third foreign institution the college set up with the help of Tang International.
