On February 18, 2023, Tang International Education Group hosted China-Pakistan Vocational Education Cooperation Development Symposium and Cooperation Signing Ceremony was successfully held in Beijing. The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Beijing, Punjab and Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority, Sindh Board of Technical Education, International Education Association Shanghai, Hunan Provincial Education Association for International Exchange, Tang International Education Group and the leaders and experts from more than 50 Chinese vocational colleges attended this conference.

Mr. Ma Xiaoyan, Executive CEO of Pakistan Tang International Education Group, pointed out that the innovative CCTE model overseas school running solution proposed by Tang International Education Group will help Chinese vocational colleges export China’s advanced vocational and technical education development concepts, superior curriculum standards, digital curriculum resources and teaching quality management system. It will also improve the level of vocational education in Pakistan, serve the country’s major “Belt and Road” initiative, and promote the high-quality development of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

Mr. Masroor Ahmed Shaikh, chairman of the Sindh Board of Technical Education, said that the CCTE Model Modern China-Pakistan Dual-diploma Joint Education Program will be further promoted. In-depth implementation of China-Pakistan Vocational Education “210 Project” and expand Mandarin course. To date, more than 3,700 Pakistani youth have been trained.

Director Zhuang Lei said that with the help of Tang International Education Group, domestic Chinese vocational colleges have successfully landed in 6 CCTE Model “China-Pakistan International Colleges” to carry out joint training of modern dual-diploma international education talents.
He also emphasized that in the future, more vocational colleges will export China’s excellent curriculum standards and curriculum resources to Pakistan through the Tang CCTE model. It will systematically improve the level of vocational education in Pakistan, and cultivate applied local talents who know Mandarin, understand Chinese business culture, and master professional theory and practical skills. Also serving the major initiatives of the “Belt and Road” and the high-quality development of the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

Guizhou Vocational and Technical College of Water Resources and Hydropower, as the first batch of typical college representatives to carry out the construction of overseas branch colleges in Pakistan, shared construction experience at the conference. Mr. Yang Zhengce, Dean of the Water Resources Department, said that the “China-Pakistan Silk Road College” project of our college’s overseas branch in Pakistan has completed the signing of the four-party joint construction agreement and the unveiling ceremony of “China-Pakistan Silk Road College”. The teaching standards of water resources and hydropower construction engineering have been certified by Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority. Our college is the first institution in China to collaboration with Pakistan in water resources and hydropower, and has started the daily teaching work of the first batch of dual-registered students.
